Privacy Collection Statement

Ideneum Pty Ltd (ACN 696 417 704, ABN 31 696 417 704) collects your personal information when you enter a promotion through this site.

• What we collect: your name, email address, mobile number, company, role, entry time and whether you agreed to receive marketing, with the time you agreed and the version of the wording you saw. When you use this site, we also collect usage data through an analytics service and a session-recording analytics service. The session-recording service records your visit, including mouse movement, clicks and scrolling, so we can replay how the site is used. It is set to hide what you type into the entry form.
• How we collect it: directly from you through this site, or from our staff if they enter your details for you. If staff enter your details, you can ask them to show you this statement first. We send a one-time code by SMS or email to verify your entry.
• Why: to run the promotion, including verifying entries, preventing duplicate entries and contacting winners, and to follow up on your conversation with us at the event. When you enter, we add your details to our CRM, the system we use to manage business contacts, whether or not you tick the marketing box. Entering a promotion does not sign you up for marketing. We only send you marketing if you tick the marketing box when you enter.
• If you don't provide it: you can't enter the promotion.
• How long we keep it: as long as we need it for the purposes we collected it for, and no longer than is reasonably necessary. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Speak to our staff at the booth or email privacy@ideneum.com. We then delete it from our promotion entry system, sign-in service and CRM within a reasonable timeframe. Copies in backups and in our service providers' message logs expire on their own schedules. If you win, we keep a record of the win but clear your contact details.
• Who we share it with: service providers for identity and sign-in, messaging, website analytics and customer relationship management, and our professional advisers. Some of these providers store data in the United States, where our SMS and email delivery provider sends our one-time codes and winner messages. Our CRM provider and our cloud hosting provider store data in Australia.
